THE GODS WE BURIED is a young adult adventure fantasy and a love letter to Indiana Jones, National Treasure, and Tomb Raider. It follows Jessie, a young archeologist, and Riley, the boy who broke her heart. Together, they must stop her mother’s abductors from breaking into her patron Goddesses’ tomb, pitched as Divine Rivals meets What the River Knows.

GODS is not a retelling or based on any particular Greek myth. While every deity within the story is of my own creation, they and their myths are all inspired by the gods of the Ancient Greek pantheon, like Athena and Artemis.
